The Turn LLC ("The Turn," "we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile web application available at getturnapp.com (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our App.

By using The Turn, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We collect the following types of information when you use The Turn:

• Profile Information: Your handicap estimate, profile photo, biography, home city, ZIP code, and golf vibe preferences that you choose to provide.
• Usage Data: Tee times you post, rounds you join, requests you make or receive, messages you send, and ratings or attestations you give or receive.
• Location Data: ZIP code you provide for distance-based filtering. We do not collect real-time GPS location without your explicit consent.
• Device Information: Browser type, device type, and push notification subscription tokens if you enable notifications.
• Score Data: Golf scores you voluntarily enter for rounds you have played.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Display your profile to other users of the App
• Facilitate tee time posting, requests, approvals, and round coordination
• Send push notifications about activity relevant to you (requests, approvals, messages, connections)
• Match you with compatible golfers based on your stated preferences
• Maintain your round history and score records
• Improve the App and develop new features
• Respond to your support requests
• Enforce our Terms of Service and protect against misuse

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With other users: Your profile information, including your name, handicap, bio, vibe tags, and attestations, is visible to other registered users of the App as part of the core functionality.
• With service providers: We use Supabase (database and authentication) and Vercel (hosting) to operate the App. These providers process your data on our behalf and are contractually required to protect it.
• For legal reasons: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of The Turn LLC or others.
• Business transfers: If The Turn LLC is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal obligations or legitimate business purposes such as dispute resolution.

5. Your Rights Under California Law (CCPA)

As a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• Right to Know: You may request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal data we have collected about you.

The Turn is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. 8. Push Notifications

If you enable push notifications, we store a push subscription token associated with your account to deliver notifications about activity relevant to you. You may disable push notifications at any time through your device settings or through the App's notification preferences.

The App may contain links to third-party websites such as Google Maps and golf course websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
